Why we built Vital Therapy
Vital Therapy was founded on a simple conviction: therapy should be a driver of outcomes, not a cost center or a staffing convenience. We built the model inside real communities, proving that when therapists are supported rather than compressed, residents do better and the financials follow. Today Vital Therapy is an independent, outcomes-driven therapy management platform serving operators across Texas and the surrounding region, the regional therapy leadership that keeps every building performing to its fullest.
